Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.
Prepare the Parcel
Carefully pack the books or merchandise in their original protective packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization Number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of starting your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our curators inspect the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
